How do Direct Debits work?

You can pay by monthly Direct Debit on either the 4th or 15th of every month.  Your Housing Officer will confirm your monthly payment, and your direct debit will automatically adjust for changes in rent.  To set up a Direct debit please contact your Housing Officer or email us giving your name and address or tenant reference and we will make arrangements to set the payments up for you.

How do Standing Orders work?

If you are paying by standing order, you can make arrangements with your bank to amend payment dates and amounts.  If you would like to set up a standing order, please contact your Housing Officer giving your name and address or tenant reference and we will send you a standing order form.
