Over one hundred families moved into new homes dispersed throughout South Dublin on the 17th & 18th November 2009.
The 104 properties are owned by South Dublin County Council and were originally acquired by the Council for sale to affordable purchasers.

On the 7th September 2009, 37 happy families received the keys to their new homes from Helm Housing. These units of unsold affordable accommodation were let to people from the Council's waiting list in Mullingar and Kinnegad.
