Jean Fulton
OBE, MBA, BA, FCIH, MRICS, DMS
Group Chief-Executive
Educated at Carolan Grammar School and Queens University, Jean Fulton graduated in 1975 and commenced work as a housing management trainee with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. During her employment with the Housing Executive she passed the professional examinations of the Chartered Institute of Housing being the top student in the final year in Northern Ireland.
In 1982 she was appointed Housing Manager with Helm Housing and was promoted to the newly created post of Director of Housing in 1985.
In 1987 she qualified as a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and in 1989 was awarded fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Jean Fulton has completed a masters degree in Business Administration having been awarded the Diploma in Management Studies (with commendation) from the University of Ulster in 1994.
Jean Fulton was appointed Chief Executive of Helm Housing in 1995.
Since then Helm Housing has quadrupled in size of stock and staff and is the largest Association in Northern Ireland.
She is a former Branch Chair of CIH Northern Ireland and is a current Board member.
As past Chairman of NIFHA and a Council Member, Jean is a member of various working groups contributing to the strategic development of community housing.
In June 2003 Jean was awarded an OBE for services to housing in Northern Ireland.

Raymond Robinson BA (Hons) FCA MILM

Raymond has over 15 years
experience in social housing at a senior management level. He is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds an
honours degree in accountancy and law. Raymond is a member and past chairman of the Northern Ireland Federation Of Housing Associations
Finance Forum. He is also a tax lecturer for the North East Education and Library Board for students undertaking an Accountancy
qualification with the institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Ian Graham BA (Hons) MCIH
Director of Development - General Needs
Ian Graham has worked in housing for over 13 years, initially with the NI Housing Executive and for the past 11 years with Helm Housing. During Ian's 11 years he has worked exclusively in the development section initially as Development Officer and progressing to Development Manager in 2002. Ian was appointed Director of Development of General Needs in August 2007. Ian is a Corporate Member and serves on the committee of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Alan Rea BA (Hons) MCIH MILM
Director Of Housing
Graduated from Ulster Polytechnic in 1982 with a degree in Combined Humanities. Joined Helm Housing in March 1987 as Housing Officer after 5 years with NI Housing
Executive. Appointed Housing Manager in April 1993 and then Director of Housing in October 1997. A Corporate Member of the Institute of Housing since 1989 and Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management since 1994.
