Helm Housing - The new name for BIH

Helm Housing is dedicated to the provision of affordable housing and associated support services. Our key role is to develop and manage rented accommodation for single people, families, the elderly and various models of supported housing for people with special needs. We currently manage and maintain approximately 5000 properties which are located throughout Ireland. Helm Developments, our subsidiary company was established to complement activities by providing housing for sale as a source of income to assist in funding the provision of social housing.

We are accredited with EFQM Northern Ireland Quality Award, Chartermark and IIP.
